Volunteer Role: Schools Visit Co-ordinator
 
Title: Schools Visit Co-ordinator
Reports to: Campaign Development Executive
Location- Dublin
Time Commitment – 2/ 3 days p/w x 3/4 weeks
Duration – Aug – Sept 2010
 
 
Overall Responsibility
  • To phone secondary schools and schedule in school visits
  • To liaise with school visit ambassadors and communicate their schedules.
  • To help grow support for the Key to a Home Collection in Dublin Schools
  • Encourage students to volunteer for the weekend of the Key to Home Campaign.

Criteria: 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good phone manner
  • Good IT skills Microsoft word and excel.
  • Experience in marketing and communications would be desirable
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to Focus Ireland’s mission
