Job Title: Mathematics Teacher -AST
Description

Our client school in West Essex are looking for an Advanced Skills Teacher / Excellent Teacher of Mathematics to start in January in a full-time, permanent capacity. The salary will be £40,000 pa + (to be agreed with the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience)

The school is a new-style Academy and Science Specialist school. They are a successful 11- 16 mixed comprehensive with a friendly, supportive environment.

The school have asked us to help them to recruit an outstanding Mathematics teacher. They are a National Challenge School who have made significant improvements in Maths over the past four years. They believe that they are well placed to continue this improvement. The school has a dedicated team of qualified Mathematicians and they now seek to appoint an excellent teacher to support the department in raising achievement still further. Staff professional development will be an integral part of this role.

Our client school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. You will need a recognised teaching qualification and the right to work in the UK in order to be considered for the post.
