A teacher of English to GCSE is needed for September for a larger-than-average Catholic school serves students mainly from Surrey and North Hampshire. It takes 70 minutes to Heathrow airport by train. The large majority of students are white British.
It is an "outstanding" school as rated by Ofsted. Students perform very well academically. Although a few subjects have not performed as well as others, the majority of subjects have moved from strength to strength. The school is within the top 5% nationally for Maths. The good teaching enables students to make good progress in their learning to achieve outcomes that are outstanding overall.
