Teachers with recent proven knowledge and experience of the National Curriculum of England and Wales are required for a well established and reputable British curriculum non for profit school in Jordan for September 2012, set in a picturesque location on the outskirts of Amman. This position is for a Services Director with particular responsibility for SEN students across the school.
A minimum of 5 years experience including previous management experience is required in addition with recent and practical experience of the National Curriculum. Although this is a British curriculum school, teachers need to appreciate the cultural and English language diversity of an international mix of students.
Salary is to be confirmed (tax is set at 11%). Approximately 65% of social security contributions (5%) plus 11% added by the school are refunded in addition to a government gratuity.
