For employers who advertise job vacancies, information supplied by the account administer about your school is displayed next to your job vacancy advertisement. This information includes school contact details and the school roll number. You have the option of hiding this information when advertising a job vacancy.

Personal information such as your registered e-mail address and password is not viewable by anyone other than the employer account administrator and the administration staff of EducationCareers.ie unless supplied by the employer when advertising a job description.

For jobseekers, all information supplied is viewable by the administration staff of EducationCareers.ie. When applying for a job vacancy online your information is passed along to the specific employer including your name, e-mail address and any information supplied in either your online cover letter or uploaded curriculum vitae. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.  

We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act you can access, amend and delete all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by contacting us directly via email
